The 3rd Euro-Africa Cooperation Forum on ICT Research, scheduled for 7-8 December in Helsinki, Finland, is now accepting pre-registrations from those wishing to participate.

The Forum is being organized by the EuroAfrica-ICT consortium, of which TWAS is a member, under the EU's FP7 programme and is being held as as part of the '2010 Euro-Africa Week on ICT Research & e-Infrastructures', taking place from 6-10 December 2010.

It has also been selected as a side-event to the 3rd Africa-EU Summit, which will take place in Tripoli, Libya, on 29-30 November 2010 and follows on from previous successful Forums held in Brussels, Belgium, in March 2009 and Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, held in February 2010.
