The Academy announced open calls for two opportunities today, one for special fellowships and another to facilitate international visitations for experts.
- TWAS Fellowships for Research and Advanced Training offer young scientists in developing countries the chance to spend three to 12 months at a research institution in a developing country other than their own—strengthening their careers and fostering international links.
- The TWAS Visiting Expert Programme provides institutions and research groups in developing countries, especially Least Developed Countries and those with limited outside contacts, with opportunities to establish long-term links with world leaders in areas of science other than mathematics and physics.
