New BSc degree in Earth Sciences for Sustainable Development at the University of Trieste

The University of Trieste is planning to launch, in fall 2025, a new BSc degree, fully taught in English: Earth Sciences for Sustainable Development. Strong fundamentals in the core disciplines of geosciences are coupled with a set of new courses focusing on georesources and geohazards, key areas of action to create a sustainable future. The BSc aims to equip the next generation of geoscientists with the skills to tackle global challenges and drive sustainable solutions, making them ready to excel in the international job market. Applications from least developed countries, minorities, and women are particularly encouraged.
